As an enviroschool we are committed to work towards becoming a sustainable community, providing an environmental education that engages the children in the physical, social and cultural aspects of our environment. Our programme fosters a greater understanding of the inter-relatedness between all living things.
As an enviro school we implement a living curriculum. Aspects of interdependence and biodiversity are incorporated as we learn about the seasons, gardening and animal care. Children observe living creatures and learn about the soil, water and the air. Studying and enjoying nature will reflect and enhance the depth and scope of the educational experience. Strengthening our connection with nature and the environment is an integral part of our preschool.
